Just as good as the longer stripped bacon, these are simply the ends of the belly bacon that are shorter in length. Great for dicing up and sautéing a dish for flavor, chopped up and mixed in an egg dish, or just fried up normally like any bacon. It’s bacon! And it’s always good any way you make it!
