Want a leaner, healthier option to beef? Try buffalo! Cuts are very similar to beef with fillets, ribeyes, New York strip, sirloins, roasts, and ground as some options. The meat is 100% grass-fed besides some ear corn treats given to them on farm tours. Buffalo is very tender when cooked properly. The key is cooking it low and slow and know it will cook in half the time as beef. The best steak is medium rare.

Bison is harvested in the Fall each year.
